• We retain rights to our internal frameworks, systems, and reusable components

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Setup and onboarding fees are non-refundable as they cover completed work (configuration, customization, deployment)
• For recurring subscriptions, once billing is processed and credits/resources are allocated, no refunds will be issued
• Clients may cancel anytime; future recurring charges will be stopped and no further billing will occur
• If work has not started, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis
